We collect, among others: IP address, cookie identifiers, email address, phone number, company data, and content from forms and correspondence — as necessary to provide services and communicate.

We process data to deliver web development and consulting, communicate with Clients and prospects, prepare quotes, execute agreements and accounting documents, and — only with consent — direct marketing.

[ 03 ] SECURITY_LAYER_

We protect data in transit with SSL/TLS. The app and edge layer run on Vercel infrastructure; environments may extend to cloud practices aligned with AWS and similar providers — with separation of environments, access control, and platform updates.

We retain personal data for as long as needed for the purposes and as required by law (e.g. tax retention).

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction, portability, objection, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).
